Healthy Yoga celebrates 10 years of activities for better mental, spiritual and physical health

Practitioners say that the experience of Healthy Yoga exercises helps them to cope with stress, improve their physical and mental health, and establish mental and emotional stability.

Healthy Yoga, the leading center for yoga and wellness activities in Macedonia, informs that it is celebrating ten successful years of practicing yoga and wellness activities in the country and abroad.

From its foundation until today, Healthy Yoga has been dedicated to promoting and building healthy lifestyle habits through regular yoga classes, workshops, yoga retreats, wellness and team building trainings, thus contributing to the improvement of the physical, mental and emotional health of more out of 10,000 interns in Macedonia.

The yoga practiced at Healthy Yoga is not only a physical exercise, as the practitioners say, but also a path to overall well-being. A holistic approach to health is a basic thread that is woven into all types of activities that are carried out; yoga classes, active vacations, seminars and workshops with techniques from world-renowned psychologists.

About the founder of Healthy Yoga

The founder of Healthy Yoga is Biljana Pesheva, who from an early age became interested in and practices techniques for understanding thoughts and calming the mind. Since 2013, she has been leading yoga classes, meditations and trainings to improve emotional and mental health, trainings and team building for companies and classes to reduce stress and tension in modern man using a comprehensive (holistic) approach in working with individuals and groups. Biljana Pesheva is the author and creator of the programs: "Conscious health", "Create a new image for yourself", "Move with ease", "Learn how to increase your self-confidence", "Release from suppressed emotions", "Cycle of spiritual workshops" , "Mental and emotional healing", "Learn how to achieve your goal" and regularly leads challenges for mental and emotional maturation and transformation.
