Discover yourself through the psychological test "CUBE"
New Year's goals are promises we make to ourselves to fulfill some of our conscious or unconscious expectations. There is a trend these days, before the New Year, to write down personal goals or wishes. But if you look back at your goals, written or not, for this past year, you can easily see which goal you "passed" and which one you completed. If, on the other hand, you have been writing down your New Year's goals for the past years, you will see even better and more clearly your natural tendency or affinity towards a certain area in life, as opposed to another area in which you may have lost power and surrendered.
The human psyche is amazing and always finds a conscious and unconscious way to sabotage itself and not do what scares it and brings change. We humans always have our excuse for what we haven't finished, don't we?
Personally, I think that every person who is on the path of self-knowledge wants to have a clear picture of what all influenced their behavior, opinion or feeling, when making their (New Year's) goals, so I decided this year to offer you a different and fun approach to yourself in order to get to the root of your sabotages. Instead of my meditations, personal growth and development courses, or exercises for physical and mental health, this time in a simple and fun way I will explore your personality, and you will see what is "there" in your subconscious and does not allow you to achieve your life goals.
Well, that's how I invite you to see your side of the truth, through a psychological Japanese test known as "The Cube" written in a book edition called "Coccology” by Tadahiko Nagao and Isamu Saito in 1998. The test is based on seemingly "innocent" questions such as for example: the color of a flower or the flight of a bird; where you get answers that speak for yourself. This test offers unique access to your unconscious, about things you don't know on a conscious level.
While taking the Cube psychological test, keep in mind that it is important to concentrate on how you feel, as opposed to what you think. It is best to imagine in your head as you go through the exercise and write it down later. The "movie" you will make in your head reflects the image of your unconscious and that is what you should follow. Try to be honest with yourself, be open and spontaneous, remember to use intuition and feelings as opposed to opinion and analysis. You need to see things and not interpret them during the exercise.
