Internal healing is different for each one of us – Online course
In the six-week journey that took place in November/December 2022 entitled "Mental and emotional healing", we focused on getting rid of pain, sadness, frustrations, inner disappointments. Much of the material in this course was related to personal expectations and attachments that we unconsciously carry within ourselves.
But those who seek, achieve!
Those who are willing to work on themselves are not weak people, or women in our case!
In this 6-week course, I had as many as 26 brave women who had a great desire, energy, insight, emotional calm to really heal internally from those things that weigh on them. Some of them achieved even more 😊
You know, in Buddhism says that attachment is the cause of all our suffering. But this is very general, for example attachment, which is a form of strong desire and attachment, is not always bad. For example, being attached to your family and wanting to take care of them is not a bad thing. It's okay to care, to help, to be there for your loved ones when they need you the most.
Attachment is not actually the problem, but the inability to separate from attachment is the problem.
In this course, we worked on letting go of attachment to old situations, traumas, pains. We succeeded on a personal level, to connect with something bigger and more significant, while on a collective level we successfully created new relationships, friendships and connections that, if we nurture them properly, can stay in our hearts for a lifetime.
So my message is desire, strive, bond, connect with whatever you want, and be able to detach when necessary.
Life consists of series of attachment and detachment, connections and disconnections.
Raise your standardand. Don't give yourself excuses for not doing the things that are important to you, always tell yourself that you can do more and better. The same with a situation that frustrates you, say to yourself - I am better than this, let me understand it in another way, let me face it.
Use your values and ethics to handle frustrating situations and transform your life to victory.
Buddha says pain happens, but suffering is a choice.
I wish you to choose what is best for you and your loved ones, now and in all future painful experiences!
Love and light
