If you don't make a decision to make a change

I can't help you

And I also know how difficult this decision can be at times.

Many of us tend to seek validation from others when we doubt ourselves. But until we understand our own worth and create opportunities for ourselves, nothing will change.

The truth is that everything starts with you and how much you are willing to invest.

And that depends on your way of thinking.

So if you feel stuck, in your life, if you feel like life is passing you by, and you are not a part of it, here are some ideas you can do to change your way of thinking and normally take control in your life in your own hands:

Switch from negative to positive thinking. Positive thinking will reduce your anxiety and help you achieve your goals. Surround yourself with positive people, but recognize when you have negative thoughts, don't suppress them. Look at them, face them, and practice positive self-talk with them.

Move from a fixed mindset to a mindset that will bring you change and growth. Thinking about your own development and growth will help you see challenges as opportunities, not obstacles. That's how you'll start to believe in yourself, and you'll know that when you put in the effort and work, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

Replace your expectations with gratitude. Whenever we expect or demand more from ourselves and others, it causes disappointment and frustration. Focus on the abundance in your life and appreciate it, it will help you to be more present and enjoy the whole journey.

Finally, ask for support. Listen to podcasts, attend seminars, read self-help books or find your own coach – these are all great options. Working with a professional who knows the best strategies will be one of the most effective ways to make a change. But don't expect them to do the work for you. You have to be ready to do the work yourself.

You know it's about your life and your journey, so don't wait for someone else to do it for you

We all have two lives and the third begins when we realize that we have one life!
