Yoga offers many health benefits for us, helping to build a great practice for our body, soul and mind. Through it we become simultaneously, flexible and strong. By learning to breathe deeply and consciously, we improve lung capacity and stimulate relaxation, which lowers blood pressure and most importantly – the accumulated stress.
Through conscious self-observation, we learn to we manage our emotions and create a better mental image for ourselves. Yoga in women also helps in alleviating sthe symptoms of PMS and menopause for the sake of its balanced effect on the endocrine system. The meditative aspect of yoga improves concentration and focus, increasing mental clarity.

Three important pmining from regular practice of Healthy YOGA exercises are:
- Improved flexibility and balance: With regular yoga practice your body stretches, muscles are toned and you improve your balance. This helps your body to have good posture. It may not matter to you now, but when you get older, when there is a risk of falling, your body and posture are very important then.
- Stress is reduced and the mind is cleared: In yoga classes, apart from yoga exercises, we practice breathing and meditation techniques, which relaxes inner tension and your stress goes away. If you stay focused in class, your mind clears, your concentration improves, and normally at the end of the class you get peace and mental well-being.
- Strengthening and endurance: Yoga is not just about flexibility. Many poses require strength or muscle to get your body weight into a certain position. By increasing your capacity you build mental strength or better endurance, even for the physical activities of everyday life.
