Three rules for achieving happiness
Not even 108 reasons for happiness can describe the happiness I experienced at the beautiful New Year's Eve meeting and workshop which took place on December 8 in "Sreća"
Thank you to everyone who came, but also to everyone who participated in any activity this year and in the past years. I am happy to have you as my friends.
I wish you to find your 108 reasons for happiness in this year and in every year to come, and until then, you can practice these three rules of mine:
When you notice something that pleases or delights you (whatever it is)…stop, pause and consciously absorb that feeling. This is how you will increase happiness and joy within yourself.
Practice kindness to other people, even with a tap on someone's shoulder. Be open in communication with other (unknown) people. We humans are social beings. Everyone craves honest and authentic contact.
Each day remember three things you are grateful for. You can even send an email to yourself each day with three things you are grateful for that day. It's a bit strange but it works. 
These three practices will not take your time, but they will help you realize how happy we actually are in our lives.
