Three rules for achieving happiness

Not even 108 reasons for happiness can describe the happiness I experienced at the beautiful New Year's Eve meeting and workshop which took place on December 8 in "Sreća"
Thank you to everyone who came, but also to everyone who participated in any activity this year and in the past years. I am happy to have you as my friends.
I wish you to find your 108 reasons for happiness in this year and in every year to come, and until then, you can practice these three rules of mine:
  • 👉When you notice something that pleases or delights you (whatever it is)…stop, pause and consciously absorb that feeling. This is how you will increase happiness and joy within yourself.
  • 👉Practice kindness to other people, even with a tap on someone's shoulder. Be open in communication with other (unknown) people. We humans are social beings. Everyone craves honest and authentic contact.
  • 👉Each day remember three things you are grateful for. You can even send an email to yourself each day with three things you are grateful for that day. It's a bit strange but it works. 😁
These three practices will not take your time, but they will help you realize how happy we actually are in our lives. 😃
