You connect with nature: In the mountains you are surrounded by nature and clean air. Through yoga exercises that we will perform outdoors, you will connect with the raw, natural elements around you. You will feel the earth, hear the wind and feel the sun warming your soul as you perform the yoga positions.
You find inner peace: The peace and tranquility found in the mountains creates a perfect foundation for inner peace. The more you get away from the hustle and bustle of your everyday life, the more you can quiet your mind, clear your thoughts and truly focus on the present moment.
It presents a challenge: Practicing yoga on a mountain can be both a physical and emotional challenge for you. For example, uneven terrain, flies, bugs, performing difficult yoga positions that require balance, people passing by and looking at you…. and what not. By managing to master all these challenges, you will feel like a truly happy person.
Breathing the fresh mountain air, enjoying the warmth of the sun and listening to the sounds of the mountain can really lift your spirits and recharge your "batteries".
