Suppressed emotions - a price we pay all our lives

"Freeing from repressed emotions" is a six-week online course for deep and simple emotional detachment from everything that prevents you from living your life fully and authentically.

The creator of this method is the psychologist Phyllis Crystal, and the live course is led by Biljana Pesheva, M.D., a long-time practitioner and leader of the technique, a yoga instructor at Healthy Yoga and a trainer and wellness coach for Healthy Life Skills.

Phyllis Crystal (1914-2016). is a psychotherapist of the Jung and Erikson school and the author of a number of books and the creator of psychological techniques for releasing the false identity and negative programming that we build throughout our lives.

Take a minute now and think about how you view and react to the negative emotions within you.

There are 7 commonly repressed emotions and keep in mind these emotions are the source of much of our inner tension, inconsistent behavior or dissatisfaction. They are:

Suppressed anger and rage

Repressed anger runs through most, if not all, of us. Any form of mistreatment (teasing, bullying, rejection, etc.) in childhood or denial of basic human needs can lead to suppressed rage. Additionally, the tyrannical part of us can get angry about almost anything, fueling this rage. Suppressed anger can lead to anxiety, depression and chronic pain.

Suppressed regret and sadness

When we don't fully process the loss, we drag it with us. In suppressing our sadness, we also suppress our joy. If your mind keeps going to images from the past (a person, place, or thing), it's a sign that you're holding on to something that needs processing or understanding.

Repressed shame and guilt

Shame and guilt seem to be the primary operating system of our culture. It is also the basis of many religions. Shame and guilt are powerful manipulation tools to get us to do something someone else wants us to do. These emotions are so prevalent in the communication style of many people that we often don't know how to communicate without conveying these emotions subconsciously. On a personal level, avoiding appropriate shame and guilt stunts our psychological development.

Suppressed hatred

In childhood, many of us are taught that it is not acceptable to hate. Does this make the feeling of hatred go away? No. It just makes us push it into our unconscious. Most parents suppress their feelings of hatred toward their children for the same reason: it's not okay to hate. Children do not perceive our words; they absorb our feelings. Even when we say, "I love you," these words can be a mask for an unknown hatred. Remember, whatever you repress becomes stronger in you and spills out onto others.

Suppressed fear

Repressed fear makes our world small and limits our perceived options. It also shrinks our bodies and damages our kidneys.

Suppressed desire

Power, wealth, status, sex and control dominate our lower soul. Many of us, in our attempt to be "spiritual," suppress these desires. In this spiritual awakening, a common trap is to believe that you are "better than" others by identifying yourself as "Spiritual". And in doing so, we have inevitably suppressed our basic desires. When we deny the existence of our desires, it makes our repressed envy grow stronger.

Suppressed envy

The dominant value in our society is to achieve. Comparison and drive to compete and achieve. The subliminal messages of the achiever's mindset include:

– "I'm better than you."
– "Catch me if you can."
– "You'll never be as good as me."
- "I am a winner (which implies that you are a loser)".

The reason social media makes people depressed is that it re-enforces these messages. The hidden message behind many social posts is "Look how great I am" and "Look what I have that you don't." This form of subtle teasing, although we are not aware of it, makes us envious of things we may not even like. Suppressed envy leads to depression and anxiety ("I have to have him!").

If you have a desire to work on yourself, join me in this unique course and get rid of suppressed emotions

What is the purpose of this course?

The purpose of this course is to untie yourself from the energy bonds (emotions and thoughts) that prevent you from making changes in your life, developing yourself, and creating a free and authentic relationship with people and with yourself. Through this course you will learn how to rely on your intuition and wisdom and feel like a fully integrated being (mentally, emotionally and physically).

Through this course, the release of old relationships and behavior patterns, which you have received in your life through your traumatic experiences, negative and unconscious programming from parents, brothers, sisters and/or other negative attachments to other significant persons in your life, is completely achieved. .

How does this technique work?

Through guided meditation and a set of symbols used as a tool in this technique, one gets in touch with the inner wisdom that Phyllis Crystal calls Hi C (Higher Consciousness). Then it's about detaching from the impressions and negative emotions created in some incident and/or event and/or person, which you received in the past, then it's about getting rid of the feeling of guilt and those negative emotions that are buried deep in and they limit you in building a healthy and authentic life with yourself, with your family and with other close people.

Current thoughts, emotions and behaviors are related to your earliest unconscious learning. All current problems arise because of negative and unconscious reactions that are primarily conditioned by the unconscious aspects of our personality. Hence, the mind, emotions and body are inextricably linked in a complex and living system of internal energy that is maintained and improved through conscious self-work.

What are the potential benefits of this technique?

• You release yourself from the energy ties that limit you from living freely and make room to receive or experience more love.
• You are freed from the fears (fear) that dominate your life, and guilt and guilt are reduced.
• As you change through technology, you also change those around you. Your reactions will be different to the environment, and therefore you experience reality differently.
• Your relationships improve as you release old conflicting patterns of behavior. Your personal and professional relationships will become immediate, deep and meaningful.
• You can use this methodology for life as a tool to resolve any conflict or situation in which you find yourself tied. The technique can be used daily after completing the course.
• Regular practice of this technique allows you to easily discover and release your layers of behavior, thinking and feeling.
