Especially through your participation, you can get an incentive, make a positive change in your life, but also get energy to deal with your emotional and mental problems, which you may be facing now. And if your physical body has been injured or operated on, yoga active rest will help you strengthen and regain the shape and vitality of before your injury.

That's why we think that the YOGA active vacation is a real vacation for you!

Healthy YOGA makes an active rest program, which is filled with many contents, and enriched with ancient and modern methods for overcoming stress and trauma.

In the program we use methods and techniques with which you will learn how to improve your personal or professional life.

The concept of Wellness is much more than just looking at physical health, exercise or diet. Wellness means the complete integration of your physical, mental and spiritual well-being, and that is exactly what we practice on our active vacations or retreats.

What does the word retreat mean?

– The word retreat comes from the English word "retreat" which translates as "a quiet or secluded place where you can experience inner peace and relaxation" and that's exactly what happens there.

Why is it good to go to a yoga camp or retreat?

– Yoga penetrates deeply into our lives, especially now when the pace of life is fast and we face many stresses in everyday life. However, many complain that they cannot attend yoga classes regularly, due to lack of time and many commitments.
Attending a yoga camp allows you to learn the basics of yoga from the best and most inspiring instructors. There you can find time to talk with the instructors and ask for their opinion on improving your condition and your body. By participating in yoga classes, you will feel the limits of your body and learn exercises that will increase your flexibility and physical fitness.

Where are the retreats and camps held?

– Retreats are held mostly in nature. Do you know why? Because life energy or "prana" is mostly found in nature (on a mountain, in a forest, at the sea or a lake). Visiting these places itself is great, but breathing techniques are also practiced at the retreats, which additionally allows new fresh energy to enter us, balancing and energizing us. This is the most successful and fastest way to get new energy. The dynamic life we live in today, unfortunately, has a negative impact on our natural vital energy, and thus on our health and longevity.

What is Digital Detox?

– Going to a yoga retreat or camp does not prevent you from using your digital devices (mobile, computer, tablet), but it is a great opportunity for you to take a retreat from digital addiction and detoxify your mind. A retreat is the perfect excuse to disconnect from technology and engage with life. During the retreat, you can spend some time with yourself, without the constant need to check notifications or spend a lot of time on social networks. At the retreat, you rejuvenate your body and dedicate an entire week to yourself in order to improve your mind and body.

What can I get for myself from an active holiday?

- Since at the retreats you will have time to withdraw into yourself, you will be able to introspect your life, your relationships with other people, your work and thus perform a self-analysis of your life. At such an event, it will be much easier for you to make a decision about yourself or your life, but also about the path you want to continue walking. It is easier there because your mind and your emotions through regular yoga practice and meditation will be in balance and thus your decisions will be deep and meaningful for you.

Will I calm my mind and thoughts on the active holiday?

– The mind is like a machine that is constantly turning. When the machine works too much, it overheats. The same goes for your mind. Too many thoughts make the mind overheat, which ultimately leads to anxiety, insomnia, constant fatigue, aggression, depression or other. Meditation is a regular practice and is part of the program of our yoga retreats and wellness camps. It calms the mind and balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain. When you have control over the thought process in your mind, you can easily get an answer to any question or problem that is bothering you. Meditation helps you harness all your thoughts and channel them to get better focus in life.

Will I calm down emotionally?

– Yoga Camp or Wellness Retreat is the perfect place to heal your physical, mental and emotional ailments. The yoga exercises practiced there are more than good for improving your overall condition and health. Immersing yourself in exercise and nature is a good way to find the root or cause of your problems. Yoga can reduce symptoms of depression or stress, while increasing your self-confidence and faith in the world around you.

Will I overcome my fears at the retreat?

- Most of us carry different fears. They can be related to work, money, partners, death, etc. yoga retreats and camps are the perfect place to face your fears. There one achieves inner balance and peace through the regular practice of yoga exercises and meditation, insight into inner contents, contact with the subconscious, and through all this you can connect with your spiritual self or with the higher Consciousness that lies within each one of you, with whose help you can face all your fears.

What kind of food is eaten on active vacations?

– Yoga is associated with sattvic or vegetarian/vegan food, which is a great detoxifier for your body. Food reduces the negative ions in your body and removes any unwanted element. Food helps in treating various health ailments. Our health is largely related to the food we consume. At the retreats, mostly vegetarian food is eaten with an abundance of vegetables and fruits in order to completely detoxify your body. And in a healthy body, only a healthy spirit can lie. At your request and in agreement with the organizer, the food can be adapted to your needs.

Will there be creative visualizations and meditations?

- Creative visualizations and guided meditations are practiced at yoga retreats, through which we work on visualizing our life from a different perspective. With these techniques your analytical skills will be strengthened, your creativity will increase, your joy will grow. In this way, you will be able to find the positive aspects of your life more easily and make better future choices for yourself and your environment. Most importantly, you can set a new track and perspective for your life.
