Faith, Love and Hope in Dolno Sonje - A Journey into the Family and Collective Unconscious

Dear friends and lovers of a healthy lifestyle,

I want to share with you an exceptional experience that we had a few days ago in the beautiful nature of the village of Dolno Sonje. On occasion The Day of Faith, Love and Hope, together with 17 participants we embarked on a deep journey through Family Constellations, exploring the secrets of our familial and collective unconscious.

Honestly, I couldn't imagine a more beautiful place for this all-day event – the walnut tree and its canopy opened the Field to us. Then the greenery around us, the clean air and the feeling of tranquility in nature, perfectly complemented the process. But as sometimes we ourselves change and transform, so the weather changed suddenly – from warm and calm, to cold and windy. The wind that suddenly began to blow seemed to me to be symbolic of what we were doing that day – blowing away all our dilemmas, fears and unresolved issues, leaving room for new energy and purity.

Working with each of the participants, I saw how Family Constellations penetrate deep into the core of their questions. Sometimes, the answers lie exactly where we don't expect them – in our roots, in unresolved ancestral connections, or in the repetition of family patterns that influence the present. Each of the participants got the opportunity to discover the hidden dynamics in their life and find answers to their questions and dilemmas.

What amazed me was that each of them managed to get it back balance, harmony and equilibrium in its being. Family Constellations is not just a technique – it is a deep method that helps us understand the essence of our problems and find the path to personal transformation.

And as the weather changed that day, so did the participants – from difficult questions, uncertainty and pain, to relief, peace and inner clarity.

The wind symbolized the liberation from all that weighs us down. And I, as an installer-therapist, was happy to witness the transformations that happened in each of them - practically faith, love and hope intensified as participants faced their truths and embraced solutions.

This was a day I will remember forever – a day of profound transformation, shared with beautiful souls who were ready to change.
