How to fill up with energy?

Prana (Vital Energy) is the basic life-giving energy that flows through us and keeps us alive. When we say that someone has a high degree of vital energy in our Western culture, we usually mean that that person has a strong spirit, a great passion when doing something, and a strong inner power. Let's take the example of our organism, which is a system in which all organs (heart, brain, stomach, etc.) work together so that we can stay alive. However, although we all have the same content in ourselves, the tendency to live is not the same in all of us! Some people seem to have a greater zest for life, are impatient, assertive, dynamic, risk-taking, and/or more volatile than other people. For these people we say that they have a high degree of vital energy in them. While people with an extremely low level of vital energy will usually try to avoid difficult situations, because they will not have the energy to face them. However, low vital energy is sometimes necessary, as it provides us with rest and patience, especially when we face challenges and difficulties in life.

Hence, all people in the world have this energy in them, but in different intensity! You have felt that, right? Some feel it consciously and some unconsciously. That's why we know how to say: "Wow, how much that man "squeezes" me...". or "How full I feel when I'm with her or him!". You can call it whatever you want but it is the same energy that manifests in us as physical, mental, intellectual, sexual and/or spiritual energy.

But the world we live in negatively affects our natural vital energy, our health and longevity. Otherwise we have everything we want in our homes to make our lives easier, we feel more and more tired. In addition to that, we spend our free time on the computer, on the laptop, on the phone, in front of the TV, and after all that we are more and more tired. Why is that so? Most likely because these devices do not replenish our energy, here they take it away from us! The more we are surrounded by electromagnetic fields from all the devices around us, the less energy we will have. Today, almost all workplaces involve computers and the presence of mobile phones, so with all that around you, it's normal to feel tired. In fact it is not normal!

On a physical level in our brain is the hypothalamus which is responsible for our breathing, oxidation-the exchange of oxygen between the lungs and blood, and blood circulation throughout our body. The more oxygen in the blood we have, the higher the level of our vital energy. The more we are in places where there is clean air and oxygen, the more we enable the absorption of this energy in our body and the feeling of fatigue, dullness, laziness and tension or stress disappears and our vital energy rises.

Life energy or prana is mostly found in nature, especially in the mountains or in the forest. By visiting such places, we allow new fresh energy to enter us through the breathing process, which makes us feel rested, balanced and full of energy. This is the most successful and fastest way to get new energy in you.

However, there are several ways you can raise your vital energy (prana) in your body whether you are in nature or not. Here are some ideas on how to help yourself to raise the level of vital energy in your body:

– Regularly ventilate the space where you live, so that new fresh energy enters it;
- Keep and nurture flowers at home. They help remove toxins from the air and increase the oxygen level in the house
– Avoid watching violent movies
- Practice regular yoga exercises and meditation in order to maintain internal balance and fill with energy or prana
- Do a good deed without asking for anything in return
- Eat at least one meal a day in silence
– Eat green salads, soups and vegetables every day.
– Avoid processed and frozen food because it does not contain prana
- If you cook with love, your food will have more prana
– Expose yourself to the sun, moon or fresh air as it increases the level of prana in your body
– Exercising or any outdoor sport gives us more prana.
– Walking slows down our mind and increases the absorption of prana
– Being in nature is good, but the best are forests and mountains where there is a lot of prana
– After thunderstorms, the air is full of ozone that contains a lot of prana
- Practice techniques that will increase the level of prana in your body, will encourage ease, inner peace and calm awareness that will benefit every aspect of your life.
