Dojran yoga happiness

After the publication of the book on happiness, the Dalai Lama was asked in an interview: What was the happiest moment in your life? He looked at the journalist and told him with a big smile: I think that's it now!

We all have our own different idea of what will bring us happiness, what will make us happy, what will prevent us from being happy; and at the same time we forget that we are creatures of habit, that is, we have our own habits, patterns of thinking, ways in which we pay attention to the words of other people, which determines or conditions our mood.

True happiness is a natural expression of our being. We experience it when we are open and present in the present moment! Just like the Dalai Lama. But this does not mean that we are present in the moment as an egocentric emotion, facing ourselves and our world of thoughts and interpretations; but happily freed from the inner speech that flows unhindered in the head and leads us to repeat old habits and thought patterns. Consciously present in the present moment.

When I organize YOGA active vacations, I always have that in mind, I also know that people meet there, who have never met before, everyone comes for their own reason, everyone is at a different age or a different stage in their life and believe me It's not that simple to collect all the "cubes" and make everything flow smoothly. But I enjoy what I do, I'm great at working with groups and individually with people. I strongly believe that through working on ourselves and our physical, mental and emotional bodies, we all increase our awareness of ourselves and our happiness or strengthen our personal capacities. I believe even more strongly that the greatest spiritual growth is done in a group and not individually, where all personal habits, patterns of thought or feeling are strengthened and broken, and with my modest twenty years of experience in working with people and groups, I have concluded that there can to see ourselves, who we are, what we are and how we can improve.

For me, Dojran was special, just like this yoga active vacation. At first glance modest and half-hidden, but when you really look you will notice that life springs up everywhere: water, greenery, birds, people, seaweed, beaches, sunbeds, laughter, socializing, magical smells of food, figs, rosemary, flowers, from which was beautiful even the mosquitoes were silent. Yoga exercises combined with breathing and meditation techniques helped calm our minds. The team bio-synchronization exercise helped us immediately synchronize as a group and motivates us to build healthy positive relationships with each other, which I am very happy about.

All in all it was a happy long weekend for those who came and took part in all the events at the bungalows and the Phuc Tak restaurant for which I am especially grateful, as they did their best to fully enjoy, exercise and eat, our short active holiday .
