Yoga intensive in Krushevo
In the period October 10-13, 2020, a seminar was held Wellness & Yoga retreat at Hotel Montana Krushevo.
In the four days we had four hundred activities, that's why we rightly called this retreat Yoga Intensive!
We enjoyed the yoga exercises, the meditations in nature, we walked through Krushevo, we had tasks that we had to fulfill and we competed as a team, we were at a concert of classical and spiritual music in the church of St. Nicholas in Krushevo, we climbed the Bear stone, we watched paragliders how they fly, we had horse riding around Krushevsko lake, in the evening we had workshops and discovered where we are extraordinary in life, at the end even a dance we played 🙂.
All in all, it was wonderful and really yoga-intensive!
The pictures speak for themselves. Thank you all for the tireless energy and love that was unforgettable for all of us.
From the anonymous questionnaires that the participants filled out at the end of the retreat, we drew the following conclusions and answers:
21 yoga enthusiasts and nature lovers participated in this retreat.

The participants evaluated the logistics and organization of the entire seminar with three possible answers, poor, sufficient and good with the following grades:

The next question was about evaluating the yoga exercises, whether they were very easy, difficult or to give their opinion. All participants declared that the exercises were evenly distributed. And as for the opinion about yoga sessions, the most common answers are: interesting, excellent, I am very satisfied.
The next question was about the evening workshops, with 66%s liking them and 34%s saying they had no opinion. Several participants also gave their opinion, which boils down to the fact that this type of activity was great in combination with team exercises and nature.
The next question was about the content of the seminar, that is, about the balance between yoga exercises and team activities. Most, ie 93% answered that there was a good balance between yoga and other activities, and 7% said that there were too many team activities. In the comments, there was satisfaction from the instructor Biljana Pesheva and expressions of gratitude.

When asked about the impressions left by the seminar as an open question where the participants had to write their impressions about which techniques left the best impression on them, there were several answers that were repeated, such as breathing techniques, yoga and meditation, stretching exercises, guided meditations, evening workshops. Each technique has its own importance and beauty is the answer of a participant who comes to this kind of program for the first time.
As an open question, there were remarks that the participants had in the direction of improving the seminar. Here, the participants had no objections considering that everything was thought out beforehand and well prepared, such seminars should happen more often, and practice should start a little later.
The general impression is that the camp and its realization were realized excellently with a high level of professionalism to the satisfaction of all participants
When asked if they would come to such a seminar again, all 100% of the participants who filled out the questionnaire answered positively.
To the question that was asked to evaluate the work of the instructor Biljana Pesheva, i.e. her clarity, comprehensibility, use of visual aids, use of practical examples as well as the interaction with the participants, the answers were as follows in the following table.

For each element it was possible to circle 1 (poor), 3 (sufficient) and 5 (good)
As can be seen the clarity of speech, comprehensibility of instructions, knowledge and expertise in working with people and interaction with the participants, were evaluated with high marks.
At the end, an opportunity was given to write an anonymous message to the instructor in order to improve, and there was a positive opinion from most of the participants.
Keep up the energy,
Professionalism and enthusiasm to do the job and to pass on your knowledge to others, because it is not easy to work with a group of people with different views of the world and with different habits
Thanks for your work,
Continue on the path of perfection
These were just a few isolated opinions from the participants.
See you at the next yoga intensive! Skopje, 16.10.2020
