September Wellness & Yoga Camp in Gerakini

OFrom September 17 to 23, 2017, a seven-day camp was held in Gerakini, Greece, filled with rich content. We had yoga exercises for physical and mental health in the morning and evening - enriched with meditations and visualizations, exercises for personal growth and development - enriched with small and sweet homework, team building and many joint activities, sea and sun in one! It was a wonderful experience and a pleasure to meet all the participants in a completely new and content-rich way!
