Slowing, calming and energizing training intended for professionals, business leaders and dynamic individuals

Most of us work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, one that brings with it enormous stress and tension. As a result, overwork, exhaustion on a mental and physical level - sometimes also on an emotional level, it can happen that you go to work without willpower and enthusiasm, and even more importantly, you can't rest at night because you don't know how to disconnect from the events you are going through on a personal or professional level.

One solution is to reduce your workload, but hey, most of us can't help it! The ideal situation for each of us would be to achieve our own personal and professional goals without having to compromise our personal and professional well-being.

That is why this training is worth participating. At the training you will be able to identify personal stress factors, apply techniques to deal with them or reduce them, as well as adopt new skills and abilities to deal with tension and fatigue, but you will also learn how to integrate the newly acquired knowledge into your everyday life. . With all that, you will regain your mental sharpness, you will be able to start the day with more energy and joy, and sleep the night in peace and rest.

Training methods

Breathing techniques: At the training, you will learn a breathing technique to relieve deep-rooted stress, reduce fatigue and the possibility of the burn out syndrome from work, which will influence the improvement of your personal well-being, increase optimism, strengthen mental focus and raise the immune function of the body.

Creative visualization: This unique relaxation and visualization technique, specially developed to be practiced with people who have no previous experience with it, helps to calm pain and anxiety in the mind and gives the ability and power to switch off at will from internally disturbing situations. This technique will take you to a state where your mind will learn to relax and be alert at the same time, achieving a sense of energy flow, relaxation and rest.

Silence: During the training we will have sessions in which we will do introspection, which together with breathing techniques and meditations, will result in a deep detox and will allow your mind to relax completely, while leaving the opportunity to express itself authentically and connect of the inner source of creativity and joy.

Yoga: We will practice simple and effective techniques of stretching and relaxing the body that can be done even while you are sitting in the training, through which you will allow yourself to feel your body, its flexibility and internal limits.

Self-analysis: In the training we will apply a scientifically designed personality screening tool, you will gain a greater understanding of the intrapersonal communication that affects the operation of your Mind and the laws of the mind will allow you to get to know yourself and others better.
