Holistic Comprehensive Wellness Training is a collaboration between the wellness coach and the client to achieve the client's goals.
HWe offer the holistic comprehensive approach in two ways:
-Through group work – active vacations or retreats, team buildings
-Through individual work online and live sessions

In particular, the wellness coach should listen to your personal situation, past experiences and what goals you have set in life. The first step will likely be a discussion to find out what is important to you, why you are seeking help and what you want to achieve. From those initial conversations, an action plan or goals will be worked on together.
