"Yoga & Digital Detox" active camp

Oe 16 to 23 September 2018 in Gerakini, Greece, a 7 (seven) day active camp "Yoga & Digital Detox" was held in Greece on the theme "Activate the child in yourself". The camp was intended to improve one's physical and mental health through yoga exercises, meditations and breathing techniques (which were held at sunrise and sunset), but also to awaken one's inner potentials and find one's own sources of happiness and joy, which were realized through evening workshops. Every day we had a different topic and content, every day new experiences and insights about ourselves, every day the friendships were deeper and more sincere because each of the participants found a way to bring out the best in themselves. And what inspires, is that regardless of age or experience in practicing yoga, each one of the participants managed to activate the child in themselves, that is, to reach the source of their own joy and happiness.
