We all know that everything is important in life, but it is essential to strike a balance in the areas that are important to you in life. Time does not pass, we pass through time! But if you spend your time filled with stress, with anxiety, a sense of emptiness or hopelessness, without health or peace... is it not better to learn how to improve your position in life? Some of us spend our time by swimming, some by boat, and some by flying... but how you structure your time and how you spend your life is one of the questions that we will work on in this Holistic Wellness Training with in order to improve your personal and professional well-being.
People often divide their life into only work and private life, and they want to get two perfect halves. But this concept is not so good because it does not take into account current individual goals or priorities, which change as time goes on.
So, within the training, we will use activities with which we will work on improving personal and professional well-being, we will work on developing a healthy way of thinking and we will build healthy habits. We will work on discovering your personal stressors and sabotages that prevent you from living authentically and freely.

Holistic Comprehensive Wellness Training is a collaboration between the wellness coach and the client to achieve the client's goals.
Why is it good to come to this training?
If you need to improve your well-being: physical, emotional and mental, this is the right place for you! During the training, you will gain insight into your current physical and emotional state, you will set sustainable strategies, action plans and new desired goals in several aspects of your life:

• Improving mental and emotional health
• Lifestyle behavioral changes to improve your overall well-being (health, career, finances, love)

What should you expect from training?
In particular, the wellness coach should listen to your personal situation, past experiences and what goals you have set in life. The first step will likely be a discussion to find out what is important to you, why you are seeking help and what you want to achieve. From those initial conversations, an action plan or goals will be worked on together.
When do you need wellness training?
Different people have different needs when it comes to personal wellness and health. If you think someone can help you identify your goals, strengths and challenges and create a plan to follow to achieve some of your personal or professional goals, then you may benefit from this wellness training.
Holistic-seophatic wellness training treats the client as a biochemically unique person with different needs that lead them to their own peace and happiness. Research shows that it is good when we have someone who can talk to us about our emotional, psychological or physical condition. It's good to have someone who can channel your ability to make big (or small but powerful) changes in your life.
Group training
• 2 days after 6 sessions of 1.5 hours (total for the whole weekend 18 hours of work)
• Assessment of well-being and lifestyle
• Personalized Wellness Workbooks for participants
• Adoption of emotional release techniques
• Exercises and recommendations for nutrition, lifestyle and way of thinking – individual approach to each participant
• Two months of email support after completing the training
• Certificate for completed "Holistic Health and Wellness program" 18 hours
Individual training
Individual coaching may include one or more values from the list below in an agreement with the client
• 1 x 1 coaching session (90 minutes/session)
• 1 x Questionnaire for assessment of well-being and lifestyle
• 1 x personalized Wellness Workbooks
• Exercises that include recommendations for nutrition, lifestyle and way of thinking – in accordance with the client's psychological profile,
• Adoption of emotional release techniques
• Yoga exercises and breathing techniques
• Phone and email support between sessions
• Certificate of completion of "Holistic Health and Wellness program"
• We recommend a minimum of two sessions in one month
• In an agreement with the client for long-term cooperation for individual coaching sessions, we offer favorable package prices for completing the entire program
