Yoga exercises with a stick in nature

Many people think that stretching is only for those who exercise, but in fact, everyone needs stretching, regardless of how physically active they are. It is necessary to maintain the mobility of our musculoskeletal system. Simply stretching should be a daily routine for each and every one of us and it is enough to do just fifteen minutes in the morning or evening to boost the energy of your body and mind.

That's why we invite you to come to a class in nature on Sunday, August 23, 2020, for a yoga class with easy and medium-difficult yoga exercises with stretching with a stick.

Regular practice of yoga exercises with a stick brings three benefits to us:

      1.Energy benefit
Exercising with a stick improves the work of the energy body, improves circulation and thereby helps the life healing energy or prana to flow smoothly and nourishes and heals all the cells and cells of our body.

      2. Benefit for the physical body or musculoskeletal system
Through regular practice of exercises with a stick, the neck and thoracic muscles are corrected, which improves the function of the gastrointestinal and cardiovascular systems, but also improves the work of the extremities (legs and arms). Another benefit of pole exercises is that they can be exercised for different muscle groups, fast or slow depending on the age of the practitioner.

        3. Benefit or correction of the spinal column
Spinal column is of essential importance for our physical and energetic body. Blood circulation depends on its placement (correctness). Too much sitting in front of a computer, TV or mobile stiffens the neck vertebrae and/or distorts the spine, which in the long run can cause dizziness, headaches and other painful symptoms. Increasing blood circulation throughout the body and especially through the spine improves your overall mental, emotional and physical state.

We will have about twenty 1-meter-long poles available during the class, so if you don't have your own pole, you can use ours. If you have a practice pole that is longer than 1 meter, it is advisable to bring it with you.

Date:  August 23 (Sunday) 2020 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

The venue is in a fully urbanized part of village of Dolno Sonje, easily accessible by car or bus (58 ca). We will work in nature. Bring: your yoga mat, something warm for the evening, something to spray against flies, and your good mood.

The class will be led by Biljana Peševa.
