Yoga Picnic #PicnicMat #YogaMat

If someone asked you, you would undoubtedly agree that the purpose of life is to enjoy it. However, many people are faced with fears, troubles or unrealistic expectations, which, especially in the last months, they perceive their life as a difficult place to live.

Yoga is a channel through which we can establish contact with ourselves. Yoga brings hope to life, as it restores the balance of mind and body. Yoga brings health where there is none, but also peace and unity where it is lost.

On the other hand, in our daily life, especially the last months, we yoga and healthy lifestyle lovers really miss each other. Did you know that in the philosophy of African tribes it is stated that we humans live through other human beings. For example, a baby cannot survive without the kindness, contact, touch and love of the "big" people in his life. Hence, for healthy psychophysical development, we as human beings need to make contacts, exchange energy, get confirmation of who we are and what we are (verbal and non-verbal), exchange opinions and some recipes for healthy food, between us!

Our Life, Yoga and People (with the same or similar beliefs), are the places where we can make our own oasis, which we will fill with ease, love, health and immense joy. This is how we will improve and raise our psycho-physical condition and vital energy and our life will become a beautiful and easy place to live.

That's why we decided to make a Yoga Picnic day with you!

We invite you to take a break from everyday life and make the most of the day for yourself, come exercise, meditate, dance and eat with us.

All you have to do is come to the all-day yoga event, outdoors, in nature, on August 30, 2020 (Sunday), starting at 12:00 p.m.

The event will take place in a fully urbanized part of Dolno Sonje, easily accessible by car or bus (58 square meters).

Program:
12.00 -13.00 Arrival and acquaintance of the participants
13.00-14.15 Yoga for beginners with Savica Petrovska
14.30-15.45 Yoga for immunity with Irena Apostolova (In Spiritu)
15.45 - 16.15 Break
16.15-17.00 Guided meditation and dancing yoga with Biljana Pesheva (Healthy YOGA) 17.30-18.30 Yoga picnic
18.30 – 20.00 Sungazing & questions and answers

It is mandatory:

2. To bring your healthiest home-prepared "specialty" that does not contain meat and fish
3. Post your recipe at the event with #HealthyYogaPicnic #YogaMat #PicnicMat
4. Bring warm clothes for the evening (don't be fooled by the temperatures in Skopje, it's quite cool here at night)
5. Bring your own glass, plate, cutlery and drinking water
6. Stick to the time schedule and respect the time in the program
7. To be present at all sessions
8. Bring your own yoga mat, mosquito repellent and a scarf to cover up
9. Wear a mask and keep your distance
