Online Yoga classes for your physical and mental health from the comfort of your own home!

Classes are conducted via the Zoom app. All you have to do is download the application on your mobile or computer, find a quiet place in your home and stable internet, make an electronic payment for monthly participation and write to us, after which you will receive instructions for participating in the sessions.
We practice online every Tuesday and Thursday from 20:00 to 21:00
