Yoga classes in the studio

ZThe tree is our greatest treasure and in preserving our health, yoga exercises and breathing techniques are of inestimable value. With the help of yoga exercises, we stretch, strengthen and shape the muscular and skeletal structure, thus correcting the posture (attitude) of the body, improving health and encouraging the activation of all the body's physical, physiological and mental functions.

At the end of the yoga class, you will be able to recognize, monitor and improve your own physical and mental development and reduce the mental and emotional tension caused by the daily stress in your life.
One class includes exercises for relaxing the body, exercises for initial warming up of the body, exercises (asanas) for the body, breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation (meditation).
The classes are adapted to the age and life of the interns.

We practice in a studio, in small groups, according to the protocols for protection against KOVID-19, in the Kisela Voda-Skopje neighborhood. Apply for participation through the contact form.
