To start seeing yourself better, change your lenses!

In recent years I have been working with one a very powerful technique called self-perception thinking or popularly called new selfie.

Imagine that a self-image is like a picture you see through the lens of a camera.

The lens conditions how you see, what you see, and what the world around you is like.

It is important to know that the lens is the filter that sets the boundaries for your experience and your choices in life.

For example, people who have a dominant sense of shame see themselves as not good enough. A person who has shame as a dominant feeling is not even aware of their negative self-image, primarily because of their false self-concealment.

Unfortunately, we live our lives so identified with our role or life script that we are not even aware of our deepest feelings about ourselves and how we see ourselves.

The life script is our unconscious written plan that we created in our early childhood, and where there are precise plots, such as a creative child's mind could come up with, when it felt hurt by the messages it received from adults and due to the failure to meet its own needs.

When we grow up, we play the script unconsciously although we occasionally wonder why this keeps happening to me.

Becoming aware of the script allows for the opening of new possibilities in life, new relationships, changing positions, and freedom from manipulative communications that are persistently repeated.  Understanding the script is a process that requires time and dedication.

Instead of despairing that it's a long and laborious process, take the first step and start "cleaning" the lenses you wear.

Here I want to point out to you that through the five-week course CREATE A NEW IMAGE FOR YOURSELF We are partially touching on content and messages that you unconsciously adopted in your childhood, i.e. We are working on "cleaning" the lens through which you see the world and yourself.

We work online live every Wednesday starting at March 9, 2022 but what is interesting about this course is that in addition to working on ourselves internally, we also work externally through organized professional photographySo the participants of this course they also receive professional new positive photos of themselves which they can use for their personal needs. The photography is done by the beautiful Angela and Sophie from Frozen Time Drops, with the help of which we truly change the lens of the internal camera on how we experience and see ourselves.

Learning and personal development is a process that takes time and dedication, so I invite you to begin that process now with me in this successful program.

About 40 participants have completed this course so far.

The course "CREATE A NEW IMAGE OF YOURSELF" gave me a deeper insight into the reasons why I sometimes sabotage myself, as well as into the reasons that lie behind some of my reactions and attitudes. All this gave me an even greater desire to work on myself and improve myself," said one participant of this five-week journey towards myself.
