Relax Yoga & Spa long weekend

OWe held it from 20 to 23 October 2018 in Banja Bansko Bulgaria the traditional Relax Yoga & Spa extended weekend.
This time we were in the heart of the thermal mineral waters and mountain ranges and the days as always were filled with yoga practice, easy mountain walks, yoga exercises and fun content in the thermal waters as well as self-improvement workshops. The days were short for everything we wanted to do!. It was a pleasure to be together and to feel the spirit of human values that was woven into the daily communication between the participants. We gained new friendships and new insights about ourselves and our existence. And of course see you again at the next yoga retreat!
