One of the many beauties of practicing yoga is that it can literally be done anywhere.
And practicing yoga in nature might just boost your practice in a completely different way.
Yoga classes are preferably held in nature. Do you know why? Because life energy or "prana" is mostly found in nature (on a mountain, in a forest, at the sea or a lake). Just visiting these places is great, but when you add yoga exercises and breathing techniques to it, you also allow new fresh energy to enter every pore of your body, balancing and energizing you. This is the most successful and fastest way to get new energy. The dynamic life we live in today, unfortunately, has a negative impact on our natural vital energy, and thus on our health and longevity.
