The path to freedom from emotions: Impressions from the promotion of the book "A Guide to Freedom from Grief" in Bitola
On April 25, 2025, in the warm atmosphere of Youth Cultural Center – Bitola, with great joy we held the promotion of my book
"A Guide to Grief Relief – Holistic Tools for Restoring Life Harmony".
Over 50 women gathered with us to open their hearts and delve into the topic that touches us all – the emotions we carry within ourselves, sometimes consciously, sometimes silently and hidden.
The event was enriched with panel discussion in which I participated, as the author of the book, together with my esteemed colleague Olivera Veljkovic – a yoga instructor with three decades of experience, a teacher and researcher into the depths of human nature.
Releasing repressed emotions – why is it so important?
Louise Hay says:
“"“If we are not ready to release emotions, they will settle in our body and begin to speak through pain.“"“
Repressed emotions don't go away. They get stored deep in our tissues, muscles, and cells. Over time, they create internal pressure that can manifest as stress, anxiety, fatigue, sadness, and even chronic health conditions.
In our panel discussion, we spoke openly about how the body and soul seek space for release. When we give voice to what we have repressed, when we give it permission to be seen and accepted, the process of true healing begins.
The book "A guide to grief relief" - A Handbook for a New Beginning
This book is not just for those going through loss or deep grief.
"A Guide to Grief Relief" is created as support for anyone who wants to get back to themselves, to release the burdens that no longer serve him and create more space within himself for joy, peace and love.
In the book I share practical tools:
-
meditative processes,
-
body awareness exercises,
-
energy techniques,
-
reflective questions,
-
and personal insights into the path of healing.
The book offers steps that you can apply yourself, at your own pace, in your safe inner space.
Heartfelt gratitude
This event was more than a book launch for me – it was sharing the path I personally have traveled and am still traveling.
Bitola, the city of my childhood, once again showed me that warmth, love, and sincerity are felt most deeply when we share them together.
I am grateful to every woman who was there, who listened, who shared, who dared to look within herself with love and courage.
The path to liberation begins with one small step – with permission to feel.
And every step leads to more life, more love, more us.
Love and light
