Spring Awakening: Morning Yoga Rituals

Every spring, I am awakened by the desire to embark on my most beloved short morning journey – morning yoga rituals.
Why yoga in the morning?
In the morning, the body slowly begins to wake up and move, so in those (first) 20 minutes, which we usually waste in “dragging”, I suggest that we stretch every part of us – not only physically, but also emotionally and mentally. In these morning yoga classes, we will practice easy and medium-difficult yoga exercises, breathing techniques, focus and concentration exercises and short guided meditations, making every day a real adventure and a combination of these techniques. And yes, there will be affirmations and positive thoughts for a nice working day!
We are “emptiest” in the morning, not only because we are still awake, but also because our minds are not yet overwhelmed with obligations and haste. With these classes, you will manage to bring peace and awareness into the first minutes of the day, and that peace will remain within you, like an invisible force that you can rely on throughout the day.
Who are these morning classes for?
- For those who run after the bus.
- For those whose minds are working all night and thinking 100 times an hour
- For those who want to balance their responsibilities and self-care
In fact, these yoga rituals are for all of us, who live in dynamic times. Yoga in the morning is not just a workout – it's about stopping at the center and moving forward with the day from there. That's the moment when we say, "I am here. I chose myself."
Why online and from home?
Exercising from home gives us something we rarely get today – time and space for yourself.
No crowds, no rushing and no parking, no excuses. Just an open laptop, a yoga mat and a good mood.
It is important for you to ventilate the room where you will be exercising. And, if you can, avoid exercising in the space where you sleep – the body senses everything, even the energy of the space.
What if you can't make it live?
Each class is recorded and you receive a link. That way, you can do the yoga ritual later – at a time that suits you best.
