In a time when we are constantly exposed to stress, information, and emotional overload, mental detox is not a luxury – it is a necessity.
From November 14th to 18th, via Zoom, we will have the opportunity to journey together through a process of liberation, awareness, and renewal – with the guidance of Biljana Pesheva, coach, author and facilitator with over 20 years of experience in the fields of mental health, yoga and personal development.
🌸 What is the Mental Detox Challenge?
This free 5-day challenge is designed to help you take a break, clear your mind, and reconnect with your inner strength.
Each day we will work on a different level – mentally, emotionally and physically – through conversations, breathing exercises, release techniques and short guided practices.
✨ Program by days
Day 1 – Mental detox:
Releasing tension and negative thoughts that drain our energy.
Day 2 – Emotional detox:
Transformation of repressed emotions through awareness, acceptance and mindfulness.
Day 3 – Physical Detox:
Listening to the body and recognizing stress signals. We will learn simple ways to return to balance.
Day 4 – Breaking free from old patterns:
Introduction to the technique of Phyllis Crystal – a process of releasing energy bonds and limiting patterns.
Day 5 – Restart and Integration:
Yoga, breathing exercises and a small surprise practice to round out the process and set a new intention. 🌿
