Yoga active holiday in Greece

A seven-day active yoga retreat designed to improve your mental, emotional and physical health.
We will spend our vacation in the beautiful Furka in the exclusive ALL EXCLUSIVE hotel Tropical 4* on the Cassandra peninsula, from 06.22.06.22 - 06.15.2022 (7 nights)
The title of this active holiday is "Activate the child in you” so the whole program will be aimed at:
1. Awakening the "child" in yourself and activating your natural potentials
2. Release of accumulated stress and tension
3. Improvement of emotional, mental and physical health
The program will be composed of Yoga exercises and breathing techniques to activate the vital energy in oneself, team building activities to awaken the potentials in oneself and get out of the comfort zones, sports challenges to raise the vital energy and workshops for growth and development to balance. of own emotional and mental blockages, followed by beach, sun and sea.
At this retreat you will learn techniques and exercises to reduce stress and acquire skills to improve your own social communication through active and fun content/

Conditions and price:
Total price of: (1) accommodation + (2) yoga active vacation is:

a. 1/2 room 310 euros (19,150 mkd) per person

b. 1/3 room 275 euros (17,000) per person

The price includes:
– 7 nights in double and/or triple rooms
– Food All Inclusive (breakfast, lunch, dinner + bar, snack, drinks)
– Hatha yoga classes in the morning and evening
– Evening Growth and Development Workshops

But it is mandatory to reserve your place by paying the participation fee of the seven-day yoga program to get our favorable price at the agency.

Shipping is NOT included in the price. It is possible to arrange a bus or a van. The price of the transportation depends on the number of registrations but also on the change in fuel prices. For your orientation, according to the latest changes, the price for transportation to Greece in the month of March is approximately 45 Euros.
Food
Hotel Tropical offers an All Inclusive service according to the hotel's policy. The service in the hotel is available to guests from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. according to the following schedule:
• Breakfast on a buffet basis, in the period 07.30-10.00h (coffee, tea and juices)
• Lunch on a buffet basis, in the period 13.30-15.30h (beer, juices, local red and white wine)
• Buffet dinner, between 19:30-21:30 (beers, juices, local red and white wine)
• Bar by the pool 11.00-22.00
• Snack 16.00-17.00 (ice cream)
• Local drinks (beer, juices, red and white wine, coffee, tea, ouzo)
Location:
Hotel Tropical 4* is located on the Kassandra peninsula, in Furka, about 1.5 km from the center of the resort and 1.1 km from the sea. It is about 4 km away from Siviri resort, while it is about 9 km away from Kassandra. It is recommended for all those who want a quiet vacation and a sandy beach.

Beach:
The sandy beach is about 1.1 km from the hotel. It is located on the western side of the peninsula, which is known for its extremely beautiful beaches. A free shuttle runs every 30 minutes for hotel guests. There are two bars on the beach.
