Journey to Healing: A Five-Day Challenge for Mental and Emotional Liberation

January and February are really intense months for me! 😊 I recently realized that I didn't get to share with you the experience of the five-day online challenge, which I held from January 27 to 31, 2025, online via Zoom and YouTube. This event, both for me and for all 1,000 participants, was a real experience.
I drew inspiration for this challenge from the wisdom that lies within Buddhism, through a beautiful story from the Upanishads about Nachiketa and the god of death – YamaThrough this story, we connected with the power of life, honesty, courage, and the process of freeing ourselves from what weighs us down.
The topics we covered were:
Day 1: Mindfulness – mindfulness
Mindfulness helps us experience life fully, without remaining trapped in the past or afraid of the future. Through the story of Nachiketa, the young hero of the Upanishads, We have seen that letting go of blame and hatred is the key to unconditional love. When we are fully present, we listen to our heart and feel a deep connection to life.
Day 2: Forgiveness – liberation of the heart
Forgiveness is a healing process. It does not mean forgetting or justifying someone who has hurt us, but rather it means freeing our hearts from the weight of the past. When we forgive, we reclaim our own strength and create space for love and peace. Nachiketa knew that only by letting go of bitterness can we move forward.
Day 3: Waking up the inner fire – connecting with our true energy
The inner fire is our deepest energy, our spark of life. The Buddha describes it as a drop of intention that shapes our lives. Often our true desires are hidden under layers of fear, doubt, and habit. When we are aware of our authentic energy, we can make decisions that bring us true joy and help us follow our authentic life path.
Day 4: EFT tapping – emotional release technique
Emotional freedom is key to healing. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or tapping helps us release trapped emotions and traumas that we have carried for years. This technique, which we practiced together with all the participants, allows us to establish balance and regulate our nervous system, releasing tension and fostering a deep sense of peace.
Day 5: Autogenic training – calming the mind and body
Autogenic training is one of the most powerful techniques for deep relaxation and healing. Using visualizations and affirmations, we learn how to calm tension in the body and bring the mind to a state of peace. This technique is a powerful ally in the fight against stress and anxiety and helps us restore the energy of our body and mind.
Healing – The Path to Yourself
Every day during this long January, we covered a different topic. In addition, we had a prize game, sharing experiences, knowledge, and real moments of transformation.
This challenge was just the beginning and an entry into 2025. Our journey continues!
I sincerely thank everyone who participated, everyone who shared their story about the challenge, about me, or about the topics we worked on. This was a true journey together towards healing.
The five-day challenge “Mental and emotional healing” is my own created challenge, which I have been holding once a year since 2022.
