Evening yoga is a peaceful end to the day. I have carefully designed these sessions to calm the mind, release emotions, and regenerate the body after all the daily challenges. Through traditional Hatha yoga exercises, conscious breathing and guided relaxation, you will gain a sense of stability, inner peace and better sleep.
