Family constellations with a shamanic approach

✨ We, humans, are inhabitants of two worlds

That one inside us — where thoughts, loyalties, attitudes, and decisions live.
And that one outside of us — the external world in which we move, work, love, and connect.

In the shamanic perspective, this "external" world does not end with matter. It extends to the invisible world of energy, where all memories are inscribed – our own, but also those of our ancestors. It is the collective unconscious, a living field in which the memory of humanity is preserved.

Through body, attention and movement we can get in touch with that field. And that's why Family Constellations are one of the most powerful ways to explore and heal internal and family dynamics.

🌿 What happens at Family Constellations?

In a safe and supportive environment, through group work, participants come into contact with deep family and life patterns.
Anyone who sets up a constellation gains insight, liberation, and a new perspective.
And those who participate in other people's constellations, even though they don't tell their own story, are experiencing their own personal transformations – because the field works for everyone.

💫 Who is this workshop for?

You can come as participant, or yes you set your own constellation.
The number of constellations is limited, therefore reserve a seat on time.
