Family Constellations is a profound therapeutic technique developed by a German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. This method is aimed at discovering and resolving the hidden dynamics in family systems that affect our lives. According to Hellinger, each of us is part of a larger energy field that we are connected to with other family members, whether they are present or not. When there are unresolved conflicts or deep emotional traumas in that field, life energy can become stuck, leading to difficulties and repetitive patterns in our lives.
Family Constellations allow us to recognize this "energy burden" that we carry, without being aware of it, and release it. Through this technique, we can enter peace, harmony and balance in our lives, bringing love back to flow where order and acceptance exist.
How Family Constellations Help in Personal Development
Family Constellations are not just psychology – they also include the spiritual dimension of our existence. The methods we will work on the Family Constellations
At the seminar, we will work with several techniques that combine psychology and the spiritual aspect of personal development. One of these techniques is Unlinking, developed by the psychologist Phyllis Crystal, which helps to get rid of negative energy connections that no longer serve us. The second technique is Family Constellations on Bert Hellinger, which reveal deep family dynamics and allow participants to resolve them and restore harmony.
In this seminar, we will have the opportunity to practically work with the main characters of our life and learn how to release energy from old patterns. This allows us to "put the pieces of our life in the right place" and experience it the comprehensive – holistic integration of our mind, emotions and soul.
